Pets are welcome and the property is ideal for family holidays, featuring a spacious lawned garden and two bedrooms. Our rural cottage is the perfect holiday base for wildlife watching, coastal walking and touring local Fenland nature reserves. Short breaks are available during off peak winter periods - please contact us for details and availability.
Our Long Sutton barn sleeps four guests and has two bedrooms including a double and a twin. Fully fitted, the bathroom includes a bath with a shower over and an additional wc features on the ground floor. With warming Dimplex electric wall heaters throughout, a range of facilities are available in the sitting room including colour Freeview TV, a DVD player and a video. We also supply a selection of games, videos and books for guest use. Family facilities provided within the barn include a highchair, cot and a stairgate.
Off road parking is on-site for two cars and the cottage has a large garden with a lawn and outdoor furniture. All central heating, bedlinen and towels are fully inclusive in booking price. Pretty villages with fine real ale inns are numerous around the holiday barn which is a mere 14 miles from the historic medieval port of King's Lynn with its beautiful quayside. One well trained dog is welcome in the barn (must be kept in the downstairs area at all times).
