The main family bathroom is fully fitted inclusive of a bath with a shower over and an additional shower room is also available. The fully fitted kitchen is stylish and contemporary with a breakfast area plus a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and an electric oven with hob. Integrated dining areas feature in both the Conservatory and the large sitting room and extensive modern facilities include two colour Freeview TVs, a DVD and a CD radio.
