Kingsway is a detached cottage in the rural village of Ubbeston Green in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. The cottage has three bedrooms (one double, one twin on the ground floor and one with adult bunk beds) and can sleep six people in comfort. It also has two shower rooms (one of which is on the ground floor), a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast area and a comfortable sitting room with a woodburning stove and a dining area. Outside the cottage is a large private garden with furniture and off road parking for three cars. The local shop and pub are just three miles away and with all of the delights of Suffolk on the doorstep, Kingsway cottage is an ideal destination for a relaxing holiday.
The village of Ubbeston Green is made up of a few cottages and is ideally placed for visiting the wonderful Suffolk coastline which extends for 45 miles. The local market town of Halesworth offers impressive cultural delights with a centre for the arts with theatre, film, music and exhibitions as well as Steeple End Gallery which offers paintings, sculpture, ceramics and textiles. Halesworth has many independent shops, fine restaurants, a weekly market and a monthly farmers' market, and also a bowling green, 18 hole golf course, and a local vineyard. In addition, both the Suffolk coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold are a short drive away, along with castles at Framlingham and Orford.
A total of six guests can stay at Kingsway, and there are three bedrooms altogether. The double bedroom and the adult bunk bedroom both have basin sinks fitted into them, while the twin bedroom is located on the ground floor just down the hall from the family bathroom.
The owners of this Ubbeston Green holiday cottage are happy to allow two well behaved pets to stay with guests at no additional cost, although they do ask that guests inform them when booking their stay at the cottage. Cots and high chairs can be provided and there's off road car parking for three vehicles.
