Three of our five bedrooms have sea views and family rooms are available. We're perfect for leisure and business visitors, with free wireless internet access fully enabled - just bring along your own laptop. The guest house has a delightful rear enclosed courtyard garden, a real suntrap, with a pretty fishpond and ample outdoor seating. Delicious breakfasts are served daily in our dining room, with an extensive breakfast menu available featuring Full English, Continental, Vegetarian and lighter breakfast options.

Choose from five beautifully presented bedrooms, all with tea and coffee making facilities, televisions and both ironing facilities and hair dryers available on request. Room one is a double bedroom (also available for single bookings) with an en-suite bathroom. Room Two has a double and single bed, an en-suite bathroom, a 32" flatscreen TV with freeview and two deluxe armchairs. This room can be let as a family, twin or double room. Room Three has a double bed, available as both a double room and single room and Room Four is a twin (available also as a single) with a 22" flatscreen tv with freeview and integrated DVD. Families will find our Room five the perfect choice with its en-suite facilities, large flatscreen tv with freeview and DVD, ample seating and a double bed, single bed and Z bed.
