One of the bedrooms is a ground floor double with shower room nearby, making the property suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
The Norfolk coast is a spectacular stretch of beaches, promising a holiday which is as diverse as you wish to make it - with busy resorts like Great Yarmouth and sleepy traditional villages within easy reach of each other. The Norfolk Broads have long been a major attraction for holidaymakers, with new generations of visitors discovering the beauty of the region every year. Norfolk and its stunning Norman castle are also within easy reach.
The accommodation has four well presented bedrooms, with one king size double, one twin, an adult bunk room and a ground floor double. The living space is furnished to a high standard, with good entertainment options. Self catering facilities in this property are of an exceptional standard, with a well equipped fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a conservatory and a furnished lawn garden area for drinks and alfresco meals.
Station Villa boasts four off road parking spaces, as well as a garage which is suitable for bike storage. Two well behaved dogs are welcome at this property, with a charge of £10 per dog payable on arrival. For younger families, there is a cot, highchair and stairgate available for use if required. The accommodation is non smoking throughout.
