We have created a first class holiday property by knocking together two adjoining terraced, providing you with large and spacious accommodation which is furnished and decorated to the highest standard. To the rear of the accommodation there is an enclosed garden which is perfect for children to play in.
Perfect for family holidays, Lowestoft is home to a comprehensive range of superb attractions, within something to appeal to all interests. With beautiful beaches and leisure parks, children are well catered for on this stretch of coastline. The garden of Primrose Hill itself has a good selection of play equipment, and with a well furnished patio area is a great choice if you want to dine alfresco or relax with a drink with friends. The accommodation and the location will exceed your expectations.
This accommodation has four well presented bedrooms, two doubles, one twin and one bunk room, sleeping ten people. There is a pair of sitting rooms, both well furnished and decorated, with good entertainment options including two TVs with Freesat, DVD player and a radio/CD player. The kitchen is fully fitted with excellent self catering facilities. There is a games room with a 6ft snooker table, table football and a games console, a great facility for adults and children alike.
This accommodation has a pleasant front lawn garden area, as well as enclosed gardens to the side and rear, with the rear garden boasting a summer house and good play facilities for children. We have a range of toys and a great selection of beach equipment available to hire. Off road parking for up to two cars is available, with ample roadside parking available. Bills are included in the rent.
