The accommodation is a well proportioned end terrace, with contemporary fixtures and fittings and a stylish interior, luxuriously furnished with bright and airy decor throughout. The rooms are all of a good size, with a fresh and spacious appeal and plenty of natural light. This cottage is pet friendly.

Whatever your interests, Suffolk has a diverse range of attractions which are sure to appeal. This delightful cottage is well located for Alton Water, a large reservoir which is renowned for excellent fishing and sailing provision, and also attracts a superb range of waterfowl to the area. Further afield, Framlington Castle and Sutton Hoo are both well worth a visit. Alternatively, the private furnished garden with summerhouse is a great place to relax and unwind.

This modern end terrace holiday cottage boasts two spacious bedrooms, one double and one adult bunk room, both with a cosy and welcoming feel and good storage. The lounge area is beautifully presented, with wooden flooring and luxury furnishings, and features a TV with DVD player for your entertainment. The open plan layout leads on to the kitchen and dining area, with an electric oven and hob. The ground floor has underfloor heating for a true home from home feel.

To the front of the property is a pleasant private garden area, with a summerhouse and garden furniture ideal for dining outside or enjoying a refreshing drink on a summer's afternoon. There is off road parking for two cars, and bikes can be securely stored in the summerhouse. One well behaved dog is welcome, with responsible owners. Bills are included in the rent.
