We're surrounded by beautiful ancient Norfolk market towns like Swaffham and we're ideally close to both the Suffolk and Cambridgeshire border. Our central East of England location makes us the perfect touring base for a range of attractions across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. In nearby Thetford Forest enjoy a host of forest cycling and walking trails alongside outdoor activity centres like Go Ape and fun outdoor games like paintballing. Take a tour of the beautiful surrounding ancient Norfolk market towns of Watton, Dereham and Swaffham, or push south across the Suffolk border to explore architectural jewel, the cathedral town of Bury St Edmunds. We're within easy driving distance of the Fens, King's Lynn and the North Norfolk heritage coast.
Accommodating two guests, our pretty North Norfolk cottage has a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room inclusive of a WC. Steps lead up to the fitted kitchen/ dining area which has a microwave, dishwasher, a larder fridge, a washing machine and a freezer. In the sitting room is a delightful feature fireplace plus Freeview TV, a DVD and a music system. All bedlinen and towels are included in booking alongside electric and central heating.
The cottage is ideal for romantic breaks and for couples, and a perfect choice for touring Suffolk, Norfolk and the Cambridgeshire Fens. Thetford Forest, Norwich and beautiful Norfolk market towns like Swaffham and Downham Market are all within easy driving distance. The cottage, which is split level, has a pretty shared garden and is a mere half a mile from a real ale pub. Country walks, cycling and fishing all feature in the surrounding area and we're ideally close to walking trails including the Peddars Way and the Pingo Trail.
