Property Information

Honeysuckle Cottage in Letton is a Grade II listed building, with Gothic-style architecture and exposed wood beams. We have fully restored our cottage, and included modern features where appropriate. You will have access to our beautiful garden, which we maintain throughout the year, and you can relax in the lounge and warm yourself in front of the wood burning stove while you watch TV. We also have a separate cinema room, where you'll find a widescreen 3D TV with surround sound.

Our cobbled courtyard is an excellent place to soak up some of the summer sun, and you can also enjoy alfresco dining and make use of our barbecue. Nature lovers will feel right at home in this area of Norfolk, with many walking routes and public footpaths criss crossing the countryside. For a walking day trip drive to the Thetford Forest Park, 20 miles from us. The park is populated with pine trees and is home to a wide variety of nature. There's also a Go Ape! Centre within the park, ideal for both adults and children.

Additional Information

Our galley kitchen has a lovely flagstone floor and has been fitted with contemporary cabinets and appliances, including a larder fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, an eye-height cooker and a microwave. On the first floor we have a king size room, an en suite double room and, on the second floor, there are two single bedrooms.

Specialities

We are perfect for family holidays and allow a maximum of four adults to stay with us, the single bedrooms being for children. Sadly, due to the steep staircases leading to the first and second floors of the cottage we are unsuitable for the infirm and we do not allow babies or toddlers to stay at the cottage. There is off road parking available and guests should keep an eye on children playing within the grounds due to the unfenced pond there.
