Our cottage has a lounge with a triple aspect, as well as access out into the back garden. Families can be easily accommodated at our cottage, and there is ample seating in the lounge, where you'll also find an entertainment system consisting of a Freeview TV and a Hi-Fi.
One of the best things to do while you're staying with us at Windyridge Cottage is to visit Scratby Beach. This beach is dog friendly in the off-peak seasons and is ideal for a family day out, with the opportunity for building sandcastles, sunbathing, paddling, swimming and surfing. You can take coastal walks along the beach to make the most of the views, and you can also continue your walks towards Great Yarmouth if you're feeling up to something more strenuous. Great Yarmouth is a little over 6 miles from our cottage and is home to attractions like Joyland, Amazonia World Of Reptiles, the Time and Tide Museum, the Norfolk Nelson Museum and more.
Our compact kitchen features clean décor and has lovely views into the back garden. There is a cooker, a fridge freezer, a washing machine and a microwave in the kitchen, and a dining area in the lounge. We have two double rooms and one twin bedroom for you to choose between, and all have access to the family shower room at the cottage.
Windyridge Cottage is a fantastic little place to stay on the Norfolk coastline, so call today to make your booking! We have off road parking available for one vehicle, with additional parking to be found in the village centre at a daily charge. Our back garden is enclosed and has dining furniture and a barbecue, and the garden can also be used for games with pets - we are happy for guests to bring a maximum of two dogs on holiday with them.
