The charming Cambridgeshire town of Ely is a short drive away or enjoy a day out to the bustling market town of Bury St Edmonds. The National Trust property of St Edmund's Priory is also ideal for a day trip or spend some time walking or cycling in nearby Tretford Forest. Ideal for both couples & families, short breaks of 3 or 4 night stays are available.

Walnut Country Holiday Cottages offer a wonderful range of amenities including private hot tubs, enclosed gardens and two offer open fires. The cottages are equipped with modern kitchens including washing machine & microwave and enjoy relaxing in the luxurious bathroom. Garden furniture is provided for the pretty garden - ideal for al fresco meals or drinks in the evening.

Walnut Lodge is a charming three bedroom cottage with two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, shower room with large modern cubicle, open fire to the lounge and Freeview television. The Old Stores cottage is ideal for a romantic break with beautiful open plan accommodation offering four poster bed, exposed beams, open fire and pretty garden views. The Bread Oven holiday cottage is also ideal for couples with a galleried double bedroom available, roll top bath, bathrobes and modern amenities including Freeview TV.

Race day packages to nearby Newmarket races are available or perhaps you would enjoy a relaxing spa treatment - both are available via the owner of the cottages who lives nearby. Unfortunately the cottages are not suitable for those with limited mobility.
