These lovely cottages all offer two bedrooms and are set in 70 acres of beautiful grounds. Enjoy the views from your hot tub or take a swim in the indoor pool. Beccles - the gateway to the Southern Broads - is five miles away or the kid's will love a day out to nearby Moos Play Barn with discounted rates applicable for guests. The charming seaside resort of Southwolds is also within easy reach being six miles away.
All cottages can sleep four people in two bedrooms and pets are welcome. Two dogs are welcome at Briar Cottage and one dog is welcome at William Crump & Lord Derby cottages. There is a kid's play area comprises of swing and climbing frame in the grounds and the indoor heated pool is available from April to October. Private use available by arrangement. The development also offers shared laundry facilities with coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer available. Family amenities including cot & high chair are available to hire.
A regular choice of last minute special offers are available online - see website for details. A changeover day of Saturday applies to weekly bookings and short weekend breaks & midweek breaks are also available. A 20% reduction is available for winter stays.
