Both Yare Village and Bure Village have good facilities, with Yare Village most suitable for family fun and Bure Village more peaceful and relaxing. We have 160 touring pitches available, with incredibly competitive rates. At Yare Village there is a heated outdoor pool and children's splash pool. Whatever the weather you can enjoy our sports court, and with a Water Resorts and Sports Resorts package you'll never be stuck for something to do at Breydon Water! For the children there is an adventure playground and soft play area, as well as amusements and crazy golf. Bure Village boasts an indoor pool, gym and solarium. We operate kids clubs for all age groups, including Little Sparks Under 5's, Hoppers 5-7's and Jumpers 8-11's.
Our 160 pitches are well served by immaculately presented shower and toilet blocks, with washbasins, fresh water points and a designated washing up area. You'll also find hairdryer sockets and shaving points for your convenience and peace of mind. Breydon Water also has good baby changing facilities, and is disabled friendly. The pitch sizes are 6m x 6m, with awning space also available. Gas is available from the reception.
The Yare Mill Entertainment Centre is home to a sparkling array of live entertainment, cabaret and shows for all ages. The Boathouse Bar & Restaurant is the place to dine in style, with delicious meals and snacks available throughout the day. There is also a post office, shop and launderette onsite.
