The magnificent Dunwich Heath heritage coast is a mere 2.5 miles from the property which is family friendly and boasts wireless internet access throughout. All within easy driving distance are RSPB Minsmere, Southwold beach and famous pier and the Snape Maltings Concert Hall, home to the annual Aldeburgh Music Festival. Brimming with charm and character, luxury touches abound in our group holiday home including a beamed games room, warming woodburner and PlayStation 2.
Our luxury 18th Century family cottage sleeps ten guests across five bedrooms which include on the first floor a luxurious four poster bedroom, a double bedroom and an adjacent shower room with sit down shower. To the second floor are bedrooms three and four, both doubles with feature low ceilings. Beautifully presented living space on the ground floor features a large sitting room with a warming woodburning stove plus Sky TV and a DVD player. Families will love the study/ music room which has a piano. A second sitting room also features and includes a woodburner.
We're the perfect Suffolk Coast holiday home for groups, with a dining room inclusive, perfect for group entertaining and family dining. Changeover days are Fridays for weekly bookings and we welcome one well behaved dog. The property, which is a former vicarage, features numerous quirky features including the unique galley style kitchen, fully fitted and inclusive of a washer/ dryer and a microwave. The garden is spacious and fully enclosed with two pretty patio areas, furniture and a barbecue. A real ale pub is just 25 yards away with a shop a mere 100 yards from the property.
A charming annexe area boasting character low ceilings with eves is also within the cottage on the ground floor, inclusive of a sitting room, shower room and a double bedroom. The property also has a large garden and an outstanding Games Room in the garden area with table tennis, a pool table, a selection of books, seating with a TV and a DVD plus a PlayStation 2.
