Ideal for family breaks, the cottage offers two bedrooms, a large lawn garden, parking for two cars and large lounge with open fire. The attractions of Southwold and Kessingland area just a short drive away and miles of coastal walks are within easy reach ready to be explored.
The cottage offers two twin bedrooms, one of which can be presented as a double if required. There is further sleeping space for one person in a ground floor annexe which benefits from an ensuite shower room. There is family bathroom on the first floor which serves to the two double/ twin bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment and microwave. Laundry facilities are available in the annexe. The lounge is warmed by an open fire and a flat screen TV is provided for your entertainment.
The changeover day for weekly stays is Friday. A starter pack of logs is available for the wood burner stove.
