Our lovely holiday cottage is a very spacious accommodation mainly on one level with a private garden to the rear. We're situated close to Bawdswell Heath which has many paths and trails for enthusiastic walkers or guests who just want to enjoy a leisurely stroll in this picturesque area. We're within walking distance of a shop and a pub and the village of East Dereham with a good range of facilities including ten pin bowling and a cinema, is only six miles away.

Our spacious sitting room has an exposed brick fireplace with woodburning stove, a widscreen Freeview TV, DVD and a couple of large comfortable settees. The adjacent dining room has a dining suite for 8 people and the kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There's also a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. We have three bedrooms, a double, twin and bunk beds and a shower room on this floor. The fourth bedroom, a double is on the first floor with a bathroom which has a bath and hand held shower. Outside is a secure rear garden with a lawn and furnished patio including a barbecue. You can park up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.
