For outdoor enthusiasts, ample cycle rack storage is available and a welcome pack greets guests on arrival. Plentiful off road parking is on-site and the cottage is perfect for touring, within easy reach of cultural capital Norwich and picture-postcard Victorian seaside resort Cromer. The Norfolk Broads are right on our doorstep.
The cottage sleeps six guests and has three bedrooms including a double with an en-suite walk-in shower and two twin bedrooms. The bathroom is fully fitted with a bath and shower over. Beautiful beamed open plan living space is stylishly furnished throughout, with the sitting area featuring comfy sofa seating, Freeview TV, a DVD player and a CD/ radio. The integrated dining area is perfect for family meals and the fully fitted kitchen has an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a fridge/ freezer.
Changeover day is Saturday and families are welcome with a cot and highchair both available. A selection of board games, wireless internet access, towels and a payphone are all provided. We can also supply a stair and door gate on request. Allocated parking for one car is on-site, with two additional spaces available in the grounds. (more parking is also situated 300 yards away). Ample cycle rack storage is available.
The cottage is ideal for less mobile guests, boasting wheelchair access, wide doorways and a ground floor master bedroom with walk-in shower.
