Property Information

Stranraer is our modern holiday home in the lovely and popular sailing village of Brancaster Staithe on the north Norfolk coast. We're in a peaceful location only a short stroll from the local pub which serves great food and the beach where you'll enjoy some good walks.

Our spacious sitting room is light and airy with large comfy sofas, Freeview television, DVD, iPod docking station and a cosy woodburning stove. Additionally we have a children's play area in our Snug Room which also has large comfortable pew style seating, a television and DVD. Our L-shaped kitchen/dining room is very well equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and has a modern dining suite for 8 people. We have a separate utility room with a washing machine, dryer and a table football for the youngsters. There's a twin bedroom and a shower room on the ground floor and a shower room, one double and two twin bed rooms on the first floor, one of which has an en suite bathroom with a shower cubicle and roll top bath. Outside we have a lovely large lawned garden with a furnished patio and a barbeque. For convience of our guests we provide a stairgate, CD's, games, books and Wi-Fi. You can park up to four large cars in our driveway.
