Spacious Cliff House holiday home in Southwold is a spectacular Georgian townhouse with three bedrooms and stunning original features. Ideal for luxury group holidays on the Suffolk Heritage Coast, our historic town house boasts all modern facilities including a fully fitted modern kitchen. The property features a large rear walled garden with patio area and a brick shed with table tennis which is also perfect for bike storage. Ideally situated within walking distance of the beach and award-winning Southwold Pier, the townhouse is also just a short stroll from Southwold inns, the Adnams Brewery Tour, restaurants, shops and cafes.

The holiday home accommodates six guests and has three bedrooms including two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom with beautiful sea views. The bathroom is fully fitted with a bath and shower over and living space includes a fully fitted kitchen/ dining room with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and a dining table and chairs. The two sitting rooms in the property are elegantly appointed with luxury seating. The ground floor sitting room has a TV and a DVD player whilst the first floor sitting room boasts sea views, ample seating and a warming gas fire. An additional shower room also features on the ground floor and a utility area offers storage space for outdoor equipment and contains a washing machine.

Additional Information

Changeover day is Friday and outdoor space includes a cosy front garden with seating provided and a spacious rear walled garden with a patio, ample furniture and a bike storage shed with table tennis. All towels (except beach towels) are provided and ample streetside parking is adjacent. The holiday home sits close to amenities, with a shop just 100 yards away and a pub only 50 yards.
