A welcome pack greets guests on arrival and pubs and shops are just a stone's throw from the property. Offering a peaceful, pretty Broadland village location, the cottage nestles close to spectacular beaches at nearby Mundesley and Great Yarmouth.
Our cosy cottage in the Norfolk Broads sleeps two guests and has a king-size bedroom and open plan living space including a sitting and dining area with an electric mock woodburner and ample comfy seating. The kitchen includes a microwave, washing machine and electric cooker plus a fridge with an icebox. Facilities including a CD/ hi-fi and a dining table and chairs are inclusive and the bathroom is fully fitted with a bath and shower, and sits on the first floor.
Changeover day is Saturday and one small well trained pet is welcome (must be kept downstairs at all times). Off road parking is available for one car and outdoor space includes a pretty paved enclosed patio area and garden with furniture. Guests also have access to a shared raised grass area with views towards woodland and a field.The many museums, heritage attractions and fine shops and restaurants in Norwich are just a short drive away and Broadland centres Wroxham and Potter Heigham offering a wealth of boat trips and boat hire nestle conveniently close by.
