Nestling just south of Sheringham and within easy reach of Holt craft village, The Roost holiday cottage in Gresham is perfect for couples and romantic breaks in North Norfolk. A gateway on to the North Norfolk Heritage Coast and within easy reach of Norwich and the Norfolk Broads, this picture-postcard property adjoins our 18th Century home and is ideal for less mobile guests. North Coast attractions right on your doorstep include pretty beaches at nearby Mundesley, Cromer and Sheringham. Holt village to the west offers a host of tea rooms, pretty shops and inns.

The Roost accommodates two guests and has a spacious double bedroom which can be a twin on request. The property includes an en-suite shower room and a bathroom with a bath. The wc is separate within the cloakroom. Living areas include a sitting and dining room, beautifully furnished with ample comfy seating, a flat screen tv, DVD, video, a double sofa bed and a dining table and chairs. Essentials in the kitchen include an electric cooker, a microwave and a fridge.

Changeover day is Saturday and a welcome pack greets guests on arrival. We welcome either two small dogs or one large dog in the cottage which includes an enclosed sunny south facing patio, a cosy lawned garden area with outdoor furniture and an outside covered area featuring a washing machine, dryer and space for bike storage. The sofa bed in the sitting room offers extra sleeping space for two guests if required.
