The cottage is ideal for exploring the Norfolk Broads and there are beautiful walks nearby in The Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden - 180 acres of ancient woodland.

The cottage offers three ground floor bedrooms which are presented as a double with ensuite shower room, a double bedroom and twin bedroom. There is a further double bedroom to the first floor. Laundry facilities, a dishwasher, fridge and freezer are provided in the kitchen. French doors from the lounge lead into the garden and there is also a dining area, comfy seating & TV. Parking for three cars is available onsite and other amenities provided include towels, cot and high chair.
