Ideal for couples and romantic breaks on the Norfolk Heritage Coast, this open plan apartment is on the third floor with full lift access and spectacular views towards the sea. With a fantastic minimalist design throughout, the property is just yards from shops, seafood restaurants and inns. All within easy reach are spectacular best British beaches like Holkham Bay, sailing and watersports around the Burnhams and pretty seaside resorts including Sheringham and Cromer.
Flat 8 is on the third floor and all on one level. The property accommodates two guests in a spacious king-size double bedroom and the bathroom is fully fitted with a bath and shower over. Open plan living space features a sitting room with a tv, ample comfy seating in a modern design and unique French windows opening inwards, a legacy of the original granary building. The dining room is perfect for that special intimate meal and the fitted kitchen area is contemporary and well equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge/ freezer and an electric cooker.
Front entrance access is via a secure phone system and both a lift and stairs to all floors are available. Changeover day is Saturday and the apartment is non smoking throughout. One allocated garage parking space is provided and all central heating is inclusive in booking price. We also provide all towels. The apartment is not suitable for children, however babies can be accommodated if guests bring their own cot.
