Nestling just south east of Cromer and offering an idyllic rural location, Woodmill Lodge near Southrepps and Trunch is a stunning North Norfolk retreat with exposed beams and beautiful meadow surrounds. The property is family friendly and includes access to a games room with a pool table. Seaside resort Mundesley is just 2 miles from the cottage and Victorian seaside resort Cromer is only 4 miles away. This beautiful holiday lodge also offers easy access to Norwich and the Norfolk Broads. Guests can pick up the pretty Bittern Railway at nearby Gunton station which runs to Norwich, Cromer and Sheringham!

Spacious Woodmill Lodge sleeps 7 guests and has 3 bedrooms including a ground floor king-size bedroom with plentiful space for hanging and storing clothes. Bedroom 2, also on the ground floor, is a single room and a fully fitted bathroom with a bath and shower over is on the ground floor together with living areas including a sitting room with an LCD tv with freeview, a DVD, a mock gas woodburner and pretty French doors out to the garden. The kitchen contains all essentials including an electric double oven with hob, a microwave, dishwasher and a dining table with seating.

Additional Information

Stunning bedroom 3 on the first floor is a double galleried bedroom with heavy exposed beams and an open aspect towards the sitting room. Changeover day is Saturday and families are welcome with a cot and highchair both available. The property is detached with a private walled patio area out through to extensive lawns and fields/ woodland beyond. A washing machine, dryer and freezer can be found in the boiler room. Luxury gas underfloor heating makes this beautifully converted cottage warm and welcoming all year round.
