Clifton House Holiday Cottage in Kessingland is the ideal base for a group or larger family holiday to the Suffolk Coast. The cottage boasts fantastic facilities including five bedrooms, a conservatory, large lawn garden and parking for four cars. The Suffolk Coastal Path runs nearby and the conservation areas of Dunwich Heath and Minsmere are also within easy reach. One dog is welcome by prior arrangement though we request your pet is kept downstairs at all times.

The cottage offers two double and one twin bedroom to the first floor which share use of a bathroom and shower room. To the second floor, there is a bunk bedroom, double bedroom and second sitting room with TV & Playstation. The living accommodation comprises of a sitting room with Freeview TV & open fire, large dining room, modern kitchen and conservatory with seating. Wifi service is available at the cottage and family amenities including a travel cot & high chair are supplied.
