The nearest shop and pub are a mere 100 yards away. Guests are welcome to book our pretty Southwold beach hut in conjunction with the cottage. The beach hut sits in a prime central Southwold position. Our pretty cottage with all essentials is ideal for couples and friends sharing and we welcome one well trained dog in the property.

The cottage sleeps 5 guests and has a double bedroom with sea views and a wash basin and a bunk bedroom with a double on the lower level and a single bunk on the upper level. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower over plus a wc and a wash basin. Ground floor living space includes a feature long hallway with a dining area boasting a handmade ercol dining table and chairs and a character beamed ceiling. The sitting room, also with a beamed ceiling, has a tv, DVD, a gas fire and a double sofa bed whilst the kitchen is inclusive of a gas cooker, a dishwasher, a washing machine, microwave and a pretty breakfast bar.
