Cosy Maltings Farm Cottage in Shimpling village is ideally situated for exploring the Suffolk market towns, within easy reach of medieval Lavenham and beautiful Bury St Edmunds to the north. This charming property is a single storey converted farm building brimming with charm and perfect for couples. A choice of walking and cycling trails are straight from the door and a well stocked welcome pack greets guests on arrival. We provided bicycles and bench seating is to the front of the property.
Accommodating two guests, our farm cottage has a double bedroom and a fully fitted bathroom with a bath and shower over. Living space includes an open plan sitting and dining room well equipped with a tv, DVD, CD hi-fi and an integrated dining area with table and chairs. Modern appliances in the kitchen include a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge and an electric cooker. A selection of books and games are also inclusive together with the welcome pack and adult bikes.

Ample shared lawned and patio gardens surround this romantic cottage and guests also have inclusive use of a tennis court. Off road parking is on-site for two cars and full central heating is inclusive in booking price. Changeover day is Saturday and the non-smoking cottage includes wifi.
