Accommodating 9 + 4 guests comfortably, our Southwold holiday home has 4 bedrooms including a ground floor family room with a double bed, bunk beds and a washbasin and a single bedroom with an electric height adjustable bed. Also on the ground floor is a wheelchair accessible shower room with an anti-slip floor and a height adjustable shower table and chair plus a wc with grip rails and a wash basin. Bedroom 3 and 4 are on the first floor, with bedroom 3 featuring a double bed plus an en-suite fully fitted bathroom. Bedroom 4 is a twin bedroom. Two sitting rooms are within the property, one on the ground floor and another on the first floor, both with Freeview tv, DVD, stereo and a sofa bed. The first floor sitting room also includes a woodburner and views towards the sea and pier.
