We're a family-run B&B, so we offer the personal touch you don't get from chain hotels. We have rooms with sea views, we're moments from the beach and from town centre shops and eateries, and we've got a selection of thoughtfully furnished modern rooms available for very affordable prices. Stay in a traditional seaside resort complete with arcades, palm trees, seafront cafes and bars, fish and chip shops, theatres, a children's play area and the bustling Felixstowe Docks complete with ferries to Bawdsey.
We have eleven bedrooms in total, here at Dorincourt. Many include en-suite facilities, and all have in-room TVs, DVD players and hot beverage supplies. Our rooms are individually furnished and include twins, doubles, singles and our family room sleeping up to five. Some are completely en-suite, some feature shared WCs and en-suite showers and others share a complete, well-kept, clean bathroom.
We ask guests to note that Suki, our Labrador, will be on-site and happy to provide her very friendly welcome. She's not allowed in the dining room or guest bedrooms, but if you're not keen on spending time with her we'll be able to keep her out of the way completely. We offer a free WiFi connection for the duration of your stay, and each morning we serve all guests a delicious full breakfast including bacon, sausages, fried bread, black pudding, baked beans, tinned or fresh tomatoes, mushrooms and eggs cooked the way you like. We have vegetarian sausages available for those who'd prefer them, and croissants with preserves for guests who'd like a lighter option. We have an on-site restaurant where we serve a wide selection of meals on a Sunday afternoon, including our traditional Sunday roast, homemade pies, nut roasts, mixed bean stews, cheese and tomato tarts, lamb shanks and sausages with mash, as well as all your favourite desserts. Our prices are very affordable starting at £8.80 for two courses.
