Happisburgh is an unspoilt coastal Norfolk village with flint cottages, Post Office & Pub, with a famous red and white striped Lighthouse and a large village church. The beaches are lovely and sandy and although cliffs at Happisburgh, a little further down at Eccles some lovely beaches with flat access over the sea wall. Just 3 miles down the coast are the superb Blue Flag beaches at Sea Palling. Some highly recommended National Trust properties such as Blicking Hall, Felbrigg Hall not far from Happisburgh, not forgetting the wonderful Cathedral city of Norwich. The property is easy driving distance of Great Yarmouth, Cromer and the fine City or Norwich which has a huge selection of shops and historic features
