Property Information

Alice Cottage is a Victorian semi-detached property in the lovely village of Wolferton. It nestles on the edge of some intriguing woodlands, on the Royal Sandringham Estate in North Norfolk, and was renamed after the lady who had occupied the cottage in the years gone by. The village is just off the main coastal road, and will present walkers and nature lovers with a host of fascinating sights to see. None more so than the Dersingaham Bog and nature reserve, which is a haven for bird-watchers and those seeking some nature walks.

One of the key attractions on The North Norfolk Coast is Holkham Hall and Beach. The beach will present you with one of the most unspoilt stretches of sand in the country, which was used in the famous film 'Shakespeare in Love'. There are some wonderful features throughout this fascinating area such as The Walled Gardens restoration project, the private gardens and the spectacular shallow lagoon. Not to mention the stunning events held throughout the year, including Marble Hall concerts, open air concerts, plays, cricket fixtures and seasonal shows.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one consisting of a double bed and en-suite facilities and the other two having single beds, which can be made up as a large double. The ground floor has a living room with a TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi. The dining area comes equipped with a dining table, 6 chairs and a high-chair. The fully fitted kitchen includes an electric oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is a bathroom downstairs with a bath, shower and heated towel rail.
