[plus a pull out bed if needed], it will offer you excellent self catering facilities and stand-out features such as an enclosed garden, open fire and cosy lounge. There is much to see and do, and the area is perfect for walkers who love the open countryside. Allow yourself to take in the wondrous surroundings as you discover many picturesque scenes. Guests will also be spoilt for choice with the historical villages and towns on offer such as Sudbury and Diss.
Why not visit the moated Tudor manor of Kentwell Hall? This magnificent structure dates back to the 16th century and the Hall has many features such as a working Tudor kitchen, Tudor Rose pavement maze and events held throughout the year. Pay a visit to the wonderful city of Ely. Here, you will find beautiful Georgian buildings and a spectacular Cathedral, one of the finest medieval Cathedrals in the UK. The list is endless in this wonderful part of the country.
There is 1 double bedroom and 2 single rooms, and they will provide you with excellent comfort. The bathroom is spacious and comes with a bath and overhead shower. The living room is well furnished and equipped with an open fireplace and TV, there is also a dinning room. The kitchen/dining area comes with superb facilities including an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and washing machine.
The cottage features on site car parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included. A cot is available. No smoking throughout. 1 well behaved dog is welcome. Central heating throughout. First basket of logs for the fire is provided. Books and board games etc.
Rose Cottage has a changeover day for weekly bookings of Saturday.
