Swiss Cottage Exclusively Non Smokers, "Now That's a Breath of Fresh Air". Our Edwardian guest accommodation is situated on the North Drive Promenade at Great Yarmouth and we are one of only a few properties on the seafront which can offer free parking to our guests. We provide modern, quality accommodation whilst retaining many of the original features and as much of the character of the property as possible.

Set over three floors we have several rooms including single, double, twin, king and superking bedrooms, including some on the ground floor and some with seaviews. All of them are tastefully decorated and very comfortable with en-suite facilities as well as LCD Freeview TV's, radio alarms, a good hospitality tray for your beverages and free Wi-Fi access. All our bathrooms are pristine, some of the showers have 'Softrain' shower heads whilst others have power showers. At breakfast we serve a very satisfying full English, alternatively a vegetarian dish if you prefer. Fresh hot coffee is available throughout or you may favour a pot of tea. Adjacent to reception we have a pleasant reading lounge in which you can browse your morning paper or plan the days outings. To the front we have some lovely views to the water gardens, dunes and beyond to the shoreline.

For hard of hearing guests we have loop systems in reception and dining area with in-room facilities available. We welcome well behaved dogs by prior arrangement.
