We offer accommodation in a quiet residential location, and we've won the Enjoy England Gold Award and the Breakfast Award, both demonstrating our high standards of quality and service. We're a family-run B&B, so we put an emphasis on a warm welcome and a home-from-home experience. We have five well-furnished bedrooms, and we're just moments from the Lincoln Square Green and town centre shops and eateries, within easy reach of the Sea Life Centre, arcades and fun fairs.
Rose-Fitt house has a king-sized bedroom, a double bedroom, a twin room and two family suites. We welcome school-aged children staying with their parents, and we serve a full English or continental breakfast to every guest each morning. Our rooms are bright, spacious and modern, and all have en-suite facilities. They have in-room TVs and DVD players, and our suites consist of interconnecting bedrooms. Room 5 is our family suite with a double room and a single room, and Room 2 is our suite with a double and a twin.
We offer a 50% discount for children between the ages of five and fifteen. Guests aged sixteen to eighteen are offered a £10 discount if sharing a room with two adults. If children are sharing a room with one adult, we charge full price for the first child. We also charge a £15 single occupancy surcharge, and a £10 surcharge for one night stays.
