Peacefully situated in an idyllic coastal location just 3 miles south of Hunstanton, pretty St Anne's Guest House in Heacham is a delightful Victorian guest house retaining many original features. A warm and friendly welcome is assured with tea and coffee on arrival. Guests have a wide choice of room types, all individually styled and including family rooms. All our rooms except two feature en-suite bathrooms. We're open all year except Christmas and are perfectly placed for beach holidays, spectacular coastal walking and beautiful nature reserves on the Norfolk Heritage Coast.

Wireless internet access is available in the guest house and we offer a selection of single, twin, family and double rooms, all with thermostatically controlled heating for your comfort. Luxuriously presented in a contemporary style, all our rooms have well stocked tea trays with tea and coffee making facilities, clock radios, colour televisions and shaver points. Guests have access to their own stylish and spacious lounge area with a television, the ideal spot to relax in the evening. Arrival time is usually 3.30pm, flexible only by prior arrangement.
