The surrounding areas are full of attractions and activities, and there will be something to suit all ages. Whether it be the cities of Cambridge and Ely with their fantastic architecture and historical buildings, or the Hamerton Wildlife Park where you can witness many endangered species. You're sure to have an unforgettable time!
The market towns of Huntingdon, St Ives, St Neots and Ramsey are only 15-20 mins away in the car respectively. They hold markets on certain days throughout the week, and each town has its own fine selection of traditional pubs and quirky shops. If you fancy a spot of leisure time, why not go fishing? There are many well stocked rivers and lakes for coarse fishing which can be found locally, and you can practice your fly fishing in Grafham and Rutalnd which are 10 and 45 mins away by car.
The ground floor has two twin beds which can be linked to provide a super-king. There is also a gallery bedroom on the second floor with linkable twin beds, and it has an open vaulted ceiling. The bedrooms are superbly furbished and furnished throughout. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. The dining area is well equipped with a pine extending table and chairs and the living room comes with a large comfortable settee, digital free-view television, DVD player, coffee table and music system. The fully fitted kitchen includes an electric fan assisted oven and grill, ceramic hob with extractor fan, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Both cottages have self controlled under floor heating throughout the ground floor, and thermostatically controlled radiators upstairs. We are situated within easy walking distance of amenities and the local pub. We welcome guests to use our summerhouse and gardens during their stay. The family has close ties with steam traction engines and we currently have a Mclaren 4h.p Steam Tractor named 'Bluebell' and a Garret 4h.p Steam Showmans Tractor named 'Sapphire'.
