The cottage was rebuilt in January 2007, and now presents guests with the most comfortable accommodation. The rural area surrounds the historic fishing town of Lowestoft which has a fantastic selection of attractions and beaches to visit. The town is only a 10 minute drive by car, and once there, you will notice why the beaches have been given so many blue flag awards. This truly is a wonderful escape for the whole family.
If you are seeking a thrilling and fun day for all the family, look no further than the Pleasurewood Hills American Theme Park. Here, you will find a fantastic array of rides such as the adrenaline fuelled Wipeout, Enigma, Wizzy Dizzy and Timber Falls. The park also has a selection of family rides including Wave Breaker, Snake in the Grass and Shiver m' Timbers. You will also find some wonderful shows at the park such as the Sea Lion Show which demonstrates the intelligence, agility and natural power of these amazing creatures.
The cottage has two bedrooms which have been furbished and furnished to the very highest standard. There is one double bedroom which comes with an en-suite bathroom, and one twin room with a bathroom and shower immediately next door. There is an open plan living space with a fully fitted kitchen, diner and lounge. There is a wonderful Inglenook fireplace and the French doors lead out to the courtyard, where you will find a barbecue, table and chairs.
The courtyard is perfect for a barbecue in summer time, and comes with a table and chairs. The accommodation comes with underfloor heating and high level insulation, which is ideal for those winter breaks.
