Ample off road parking is on-site and wifi is available throughout. We offer two guest bedrooms, both en-suite and individually styled to the highest 4 Star standards. Expect delicious fresh breakfasts served daily in our light and airy dining room, with special diets happily catered for on request. Beautiful Wells is the perfect seaside base, offering a choice of fine seafood restaurants, inns and craft shops together with an enchanting narrow gauge railway running from the quayside for one mile down to Wells beach.

Ideal for couples, families and friends sharing, our two stylishly furnished guest rooms include a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, both with en-suite spacious showers and facilities including flatscreen televisions with Freeview, a hair dryer, clock radio alarms, plentiful tea and coffee making facilities and full length mirrors. All curtains are fully lined with blackout material, ensuring a restful nights sleep. We serve delicious breakfasts daily from 8.30am (flexible by arrangement) in the dining room with pretty garden views and a large table which can be arranged in various seating layouts. Our sumptuous breakfast menu includes a selection of starters from juices and cereals to fresh fruits. Full English cooked breakfasts are inclusive, featuring locally sourced smoked back bacon and sausage.
