We're perfectly placed for exploring the North Norfolk Coast and within easy reach of Norwich and the Norfolk Broads. Personal service in a warm and welcoming family run B&B is assured. We're peacefully situated just a 7 minute walk from Sheringham town centre, award-winning beach and the North Norfolk Railway attraction. Local village shops, museums and restaurants are all conveniently close and we're just 4 miles from Victorian seaside resort Cromer with its pretty pier.
Guests have a choice of three bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms and one with a private bathroom containing a shower and bath. Single, double and twin rooms are all available, with a stylish contemporary design and facilities including colour televisions, tea and coffee making facilities, a hair dryer and an alarm clock. Free wireless internet access is fully inclusive and we use winter and summer duvets accordingly for your comfort. Room availability is from 12 noon on arrival day, with departure time 10.30am. Guests are welcome to relax in our beautiful secluded garden which offers panoramic views. The B&B is non-smoking throughout. No pets or children under 8 years please.
Our delicious breakfasts, with ingredients locally sourced, are served daily in our dining room with pretty pine furniture (8am to 9am/flexible on request). Fresh ground coffee, a choice of teas, seasonal fresh fruit and Full English breakfasts are all available, with ample vegetarian options also featuring. Plentiful off road car parking is provided on-site and less mobile guests will find our ground floor rooms the perfect choice. Ironing facilities are also available if needed and a selection of optional extras for a small extra fee include packed lunches, bikes for guest use, use of a telephone and drying facilities.
