This 17th century farmhouse is set within 4 acres of formal garden and grassland. It is perfect for those who enjoy the gentler pace of life and are seeking a peaceful ambience. The accommodation presents you with three luxurious bedrooms which will provide you with homely comforts, as will the drawing room and dining room which are both charming and elegant. The farmhouse is only two miles north of the historic market towns Stowmarket and Needham Market. Here you will find some fascinating historical places of interest.

The area is a wonderful place to explore the natural wildlife whilst going for a lazy afternoon walk. You will come across ducks and moor hens swimming along the calming moat, and the bird life will fascinate the bird-watching enthusiast. For those of you who prefer an evening stroll, you're likely to spot the shadows of bats and hear owls hooting from their perch in a nearby tree. All the types of sounds you want to hear in the relaxing countryside.

There are three guest bedrooms each with its own colour theme. All of the rooms have en-suite facilities and are beautifully furnished throughout. The rooms offer you complimentary luxuries to indulge yourself with and each room is privileged to have lovely features and unrivalled views. The Blue Room overlooks the Japanese Garden and has delightful views to the east, over trees and fields. The Pink Room and Cream Room overlook the garden and moat.
