Beautifully presented throughout and with convenient off road parking in bustling Wells, our Norfolk B&B is perfectly placed for exploring the heritage coast, close to spectacular coastal walking, nature reserves, water sports and award-winning beaches. All our eight rooms are presented to the highest standards, inclusive of delicious breakfasts. We're perfect for romantic breaks and couples.
Our harbourside B&B in Wells has 8 letting rooms and sleeps 12/13 people comfortably. Rooms include 4 double en-suite rooms, 1 twin, 2 single en-suite rooms and one room with a private bathroom. All rooms have colour digital TV and coffee and tea making facilities. The Guest house is fully centrally heated and double glazed. A selection of birding and natural history books are provided in the attractive guest lounge, together with games, jigsaws and a card table. We also have a computer with wireless broadband internet access for guest use and for outdoor enthusiasts secure undercover bike storage is available on-site.

If you are into bird watching then there is no better location with the North Norfolk Heritage Coast and the local reserves and conservation areas offering some of the best wildlife watching in Britain. The area is also a brilliant place to enjoy some lovely countryside walks with the Peddars Way route and the Norfolk coastal path providing some stunning picturesque scenery and the opportunity to breathe in the calm sea air. For sports fans there is ample opportunity to sample the local golf course, try your hand at sailing and enjoy some great cycling routes.
