Nestling within its own 3/4 acre garden, The Mill House bed and breakfast in Wells-next-the-Sea is a beautifully converted former mill house just a short stroll from Wells harbour and town centre. Offering a choice of beautifully presented en-suite guest bedrooms, our historic B&B is in a superb central location on the Norfolk heritage coast, within easy reach of some of England's best beaches around Holkham and water sports including sailing around the Burnhams situated just to the west. Nearby Wells beach is easily reached via the classic Wells & Walsingham Light Railway departing from the harbour.

Our Wells bed and breakfast has eight en-suite rooms including two single rooms and a selection of double and twin rooms. All rooms are individually furnished and accommodation is spread across both the first and second floors, with one accessible ground floor room available. Facilities available in rooms include tea and coffee making facilities, clock radios and colour televisions. Ample off road parking is situated adjacent to the house and our extensive breakfast menu is served daily in our pretty dining room with large doors out to the garden and delightful patio area.
