Email Enquiryfor more informationThe Wildlife Art Gallery stocks a range of 20th Century and contemporary work by a range of well known and local artists. Opened in 1988, the Gallery has exhibited work over the years from such names as Peter Scott, Eric Ennion, Donald Watson and r.b.Talbot Kelly and have had exhibitions by many of the best artists working both here and in Europe. Situated in the beautiful village of Leveham, Suffolk, the Gallery is well worth a visit to discover these beautiful works of art.
The Wildlife Art Gallery is situated in the centre of one of England’s prettiest medieval villages (next door to the Swan Hotel) and has over 2500 sq.ft.of exhibition space. Specialising in 20th Century and contemporary wildlife art the Gallery also features a strong representation of paintings depicting the countryside, its landscape and work. Epitomising these have been the exhibitions of the artists George Soper and Harry Becker. The Gallery have published several books including a number in the Artists for Nature Foundation series.
The Wildlife Art Gallery currently stocks a selection of art featuring work by, Andrew Haslen, Martin Knowlden, Norbertine Bresslaw-Roth, Raymond Sheppard and John Millar Watt. Until the 31st October Harry Becker. The exhibition will have for sale around 150 oils, watercolours, drawings and prints, which capture the working life and rural tradition of farming in East Anglia at the beginning of the 20th century.
