This unique museum celebrates traditional East Anglian life and is one of the biggest museums in Suffolk, occupying over 80 acres of countryside. The museum has collected and rescued a number of historic buildings including workshops, a blacksmith's forge, farmhouses and cottages, and is also home to over 40,000 objects from photographs and books to working engines and machinery. We also hold a number of events throughout the year, and have a bistro selling locally sourced produce with locally made food including British cheeses available to take home with you.
