As you’d expect, olive trees are a key visual element, with around 50 on display throughout the restaurant and grounds, plus many exotic plants. The Olive Tree Restaurant's light and airy interior opens onto a spacious, Mediterranean-style patio terrace surrounded by box hedges. The terrace is perfect for alfresco drinks or meals, with extensive timber decking plus 1,000 square metres of gorgeous Indian sandstone paving. Its focal point is a timber bridge over a beautiful Japanese Koi carp water feature. Beyond is the summer bar area and open-air swimming pool – the finishing touch that makes the Olive Tree a wonderful venue for events and special occasions.

Unique Features

The Olive Tree Restaurant features an open-fronted kitchen enabling diners to enjoy the frenetic activity as the Head Chef and his team prepare and cook the wide variety of food on offer. This is casual fine dining with a twist, and the twist is that wherever possible we use top quality, fresh, locally grown produce, and fish landed on the nearby Norfolk coast. The Head Chef knows that it’s impossible to make mouth-wateringly memorable meals without the best ingredients, seasoned with years of experience. Some excellent wines and premium quality beers are available to accompany your meal, and youngsters are well catered for with half portions at half price, or traditional favourites from the children’s menu.
